30-Day Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ProxiTag. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased directly from ProxiSafety.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Items must be in new, resalable condition: unused, clean, and with all original packaging, tags, and included materials (instructions, inserts).

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

  • Personalized or custom-engraved tags are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Clearance, promotional, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Customer Support will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number and original packing slip if available.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
